A very good experience I purchased a VW Tiguan on Labor Day and had a very god experience with the Sales person, Mike, and the young man who had had just started, Devin. Both were engaging and filled with information that was useful. The deal on the car was excellent. Mario, the financing department representative was great to deal with. The only issue that might be addressed are the duplicate documents needing signatures. Perhaps the use of an automated system would help this. Many thanks. More

Honesty, integrity, and friendly service. I purchased two cars from Eliud Mendez and would buy my next car from him. Not only did I get a great deal with NO pressure but was treated with respe I purchased two cars from Eliud Mendez and would buy my next car from him. Not only did I get a great deal with NO pressure but was treated with respect. He called me 2 months later to remind me he would wash my car free for me. More importantly when I told him my Son was in the hospital he called me to check three days later to check up on him. I don't consider him a sales guy, I consider him my friend. I tell anyone who likes my PASSAT to see Eliud at Umansky Auto. When Umansky's Sales manager Young Kim found out I drive 100 to 125 miles a day for work he extended my warranty to 125,000 miles. Chris Palmisano explained in detail my options for financing and warranty information. I bought additional insurance for damaged tires. Three weeks later I had a nail in the sidewall of my right rear tire. The insurance paid for itself in three weeks. When I brought the car in Anne Lindert in service she found a car for me to use because I had a Dr appointment an hour later, Why would I go any where else. More
