He was able to connect with us, empathize that we just got into US for work, did not push us to make a decision. He was very patient, answered all our questions, genuine about the way in which he connected to us as a family (he did not indulge in the meaningless pleasantries even once) . The showroom layout was excellent, the support staff from Finance, manager all were very pleasant. Senyu was the star of the show. I always used to feel pressured when I get into a car dealership but Senyu exemplified the behavior supporting the idea that "Customer is King". Way to go. Comprehensive import dealer works for you, but w/o pressure I've been a Golf TDI fan for a decade, and my dear old 2000 TDI was getting long in the tooth (223K miles!), so when I took it in for a fairly major f I've been a Golf TDI fan for a decade, and my dear old 2000 TDI was getting long in the tooth (223K miles!), so when I took it in for a fairly major fix (actually more than its bluebook value these days, but that's not saying much), I thought I would go ask to see if they had any idea when new TDIs might reappear on the US market after the great VW emissions cheating scandal of 2015. Well, it just so happened that this spring VW was able to retrofit 12,000 2015 TDIs that had been made but then embargoed due to the scandal. So this set the wheels in motion. The whole thing was complicated by the fact that I was in the midst of a month of travel in and out of town and needed a car to pull a small trailer to the east coast. But through all our questions, requested, demands (must be TDI, should be manual, an then HAD to be a manual as a diesel automatic transmission cannot take a trailer at all in the Golf range) Steve fended questions, checked regional inventories, and worked with a independent contractor to get the trailer hitch added over Memorial Day Weekend. And though it all, his calm, self-depreciating demeanor put up with my wife and me making silly requests (He never did install the ejector seat!) -- all in good humor -- and delivered us a 2015 TDI in great shape and ready to drive to Boston. I most specifically appreciated that Steve has none of the sort of know-it-all, oily are of some car dealers (and I have to admit I am thinking of one of my own uncles here). He knew most things, admitted when he didn't and found out, and interfaced on our behalf with the finance department very nicely. Thanks, Steve! More

Blessing - McClure/Vazquez My fiancé and I went to Umansky Motor Cars to view a car that we seen online. Before hand, I called and spoke to Mario. He told me that he would pull the car in (because it was ranning). When we got there he had the car inside and ready for us to test drive. He continuously asked us if we needed or wanted anything throughout our visit. He made us feel right at home. Most importantly, he wasn't pushy. He was relaxed and genuine. His main concern was to help us get the car we wanted at a rate that we could afford & he did that. While we were in with Chris Palmisano (another amazing man), Mario pulled our old van and our new car into the garage and moved all of our items into our new car; saving us the hassle. Afterwards, we chatted for a while and shared stories with one another. He is an amazing man with a huge heart. We not only bought a car from Mario, but we built a friendship.
