It took a couple of days to get the parts and complete the repairs, but i had the loaner the whole time. the car came back fixed properly, cleaned and washed. Service at this dealership is excellent. First rate! More

Wilder is an extremely courteous young man who is a credit to your organization. Also need to acknowledge a previous action by your Parts Department (John Tamberrino and Wilder) regarding a pricing issue with the Classic Center. John and Wilder were erroneously charged $400 for a set of four (4) brackets from the Classic Center when the price should have been $100 - $100 for the package of 4; not $100 each. The error was discovered several months later and Wilder called to inform me McGeorge was issuing a check to me for the $300 overcharge. An action that speaks volumes of their integrity as I would never had known of the error had they not chosen to initiate the refund! More

Happy I had a service appointment and requested a loaner vehicle due to the time length of the service. When I arrived, I was met in the drive-in bay area I had a service appointment and requested a loaner vehicle due to the time length of the service. When I arrived, I was met in the drive-in bay area and provided my information. The gentleman was extremely courteous and showed me where to wait for my service rep. The service rep took my information and covered what would be done today. He then escorted me to the loaner vehicle and indicated they would call my cell when the car was ready. We both walked around the loaner to indicate any nicks/dents, etc. before I left with the vehicle. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Nice to try a different model of MB. When I returned, I waited approximately 30 minutes for my car which was returned to me by the promised time. My car was clean and no interior issues. Overall, my experience was great! I have been a customer of MB dealership since 2006 and would not consider going to any other dealership. Thank you to the professional service team! More
