I was very pleased with the 30K service, complementary state inspection and honoring the earlier in year coupon for the Navi upgrade. I've seen differences in the display and in gas mileage. I got 32.2 mpg Saturday traveling home from Baltimore. Best yet! I was disappointed to learn my particular car does not support reference lines on the back up camera. My Nissan Altima had them and that car cost half of what the Benz does. But thanks for trying. Shaun kept me informed of the progress all the way so I was able to leave the dealership and get other things done. More
