Great Service for Our 2017 E Class First Service Due We were greeted by Joshua, our service assistant, and seated immediately. Then he reviewed the details of the A Service to be performed. He asked for any special requests and we explained we would like the car serviced as quickly as possible, since we drove 2 hours to this dealership. He introduced us to a product consultant so that we could ask any questions about our 2017 E Sedan. Joshua then showed us several options for a waiting room. refreshments and snacks. He also offered the services of a shuttle driver to take us to a local restaurant for breakfast. As it turned out, Kathleen Pierson, a master certified sales consultant at the dealership offered us a loaner car. Within 2 hours, Joshua called and let us know our car was ready. He followed up by emailing the results of the service technician's inspection report. After we paid for the services rendered, Joshua walked us to our vehicle, which had been washed and vacuumed, as well as serviced. He made sure we understood the directions to get on the Interstate to head home. More

The service department researched many avenues to resolve my car problems. However, the most significant part of this review is the customer service I received from one of your employees, Shaun Hagler. His friendly, patient, and helpful mannerisms made my experience extremely pleasant. He kept me informed through out the processed. Although the outcome was not what I expected, Shaun's assistance and pleasant personality significantly helped to make everything ok! More
