I was very disappointed in the follow up with the service department. I could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 15 minutes. I did not receive any follow up on my vehicle, after it was dropped off department. I could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 15 minutes. Took vehicle in for scheduled service. Although it took several days, we were provided with an excellent loner vehicle and had no issues. Our vehicle was returned clean and as promised.
