So when your get that great 150 off service coupon in the mail (and you think wow this is nice) get the service done only to find out it just brings the price back to original and then now they charge 3% for using a CC. Love the Car.... not happy with what comes off with my perception as the dealer being greedy. Also have a new Genesis, maintenance is included and no 3% on CC. More
Rick Nelson my service advisor deserves a 5 star review, secondly to his communications and efficiency and quickness in completing an almost $10000.00 repair job prior to his vacation. I picked up the car secondly to his communications and efficiency and quickness in completing an almost $10000.00 repair job prior to his vacation. I picked up the car after I brought the car in on a Monday and this complicated job required tires, wheels and new steering linkage, front end alignment and sensor reprogramming was completed in 4 days. The 5 star review was ruined when on the following Monday while driving the sensors for faulty break lights and rear blind spot monitoring became active. I called the service department at the Midlothian to seek advice and explained to the receptionist that I was aware that Mr Nelson was on vacation I was driving across the state and needed advice I was told all service advisors were busy and some one would return my call. This was a week ago after writing two checks that totaled almost $ 10000. I can’t say my service was great other than Mr Nelson I’ve waited a week to write this review so I could assure myself that my communication would not be hostile but factual. Ron Gaertner More

The wait is ridiculous even with an appointment. I had an appointment at 10am and still waited until around 4pm before I was given a direct answer, I was working with Leslie Scott and her told me it I had an appointment at 10am and still waited until around 4pm before I was given a direct answer, I was working with Leslie Scott and her told me it was nothing wrong with your car. My check engine light was on and my temperature gauge won’t go above 60% and he said their team concluded that there could have been an air pocket in the holes. The very next day my engine like came on a for the same reason (faulty coolant indicator). I called and left Lesie scott messages to schedule another appointment as he instructed me to reach out to him if my vehicle continue to have that problem but to no avail no answer or returned called. So I made an appointment threw the services operator and by the time I was able to get another appointment with a loaner vehicle my car had a massive coolant leak. I had to get it towed. After being told nothing was wrong with my car. My car was in shop for over a week. When I got my car back I drove it home and had to pull over on the side of the interstate because it sounded like something was shredding under my car. I thought it was my tire or something loose. So I looked under my car and I didn’t see anything. This never happened and I had just gotten a service done prior to problems arousing. The noise stopped and started again the next day. So I called to make another appointment. I am scared to drive my car because I feel like they did something wrong an I might make it worse by driving it. More
