Finally a Mercedes Dealer actually fixed something I just wanted to say that each person we came I contact with on the phone and in person were exceptional in providing customer service. The person who I just wanted to say that each person we came I contact with on the phone and in person were exceptional in providing customer service. The person who we found to be the Champion was Scott. He was great. He worked us in quickly knowing we had a family energency at home. He also stayed in close contact with the mechanic and provided periodic updates in what was found, how they would fix it and how long it would take. We were there for about 3 hours. We have only put about 175 miles on the RV since leaving but so far the check engine light hasn't come on. Again Scott was great! Thanks Laura and Dan Dorey More

Tremendous experience with Sales and Service Bill Cochran has my whole family (my father, me and my wife and now my daughter) coming back to MB of Midlothian over and over. He had done everything at his end to make the deals work on both new and used vehicles. Bill has continued to follow-up on our satisfaction with the cars and their servicing. Friendliest, no pressure dealer representative with whom I have ever worked! Brian, the manager in the service department, continues the MB of Midlothian's customer satisfaction goal with his work ethic of making sure the vehicle is running properly at the completion of service interval or repair. I was overwhelmed with the detailed inspection Brian's team did on the used SLK350 I had purchased elsewhere. I feel confident now that the car was a good buy and that it will run for many more miles with MB of Midlothian taking care of the services intervals for me. More

I brought my 2004 C320 Mercedes Benz to be serviced. It needed several things done to bring the car up to standards. Everything was done very well. Matt was extremely helpful in assisting me and he is a ve needed several things done to bring the car up to standards. Everything was done very well. Matt was extremely helpful in assisting me and he is a very nice person. The car needed a little touch of paint and that was done and the crack piece under the drivers seat was replaced. Whoever did my headlights, did a beautiful job. They shine and look like brand new. The Mercedes Benz team did an excellent job all the way around taking care of the needs of my car. The car means a great deal to me. It was a gift from my husband who was a quadriplegic. He was injured in Viet Nam. A lot of the maintenance work was completed. I thank Matt Webber and the Mercedes Benz team for a job well done. It was also great having the discount card. That helped save quite a bit. Thank you all very much. Patricia Duty More
Not only was sales amazing, but the service group is great. I have 2 cars serviced there, and Matt makes sure we feel at home. The parts department made sure that I got the most fair price possible, made me feel welcomed as a new client and had everyone from the Dealership Manager down to the key techs working to support a question that I had. I have never received this kind of service from anyone, much less my previous dealership (Acura). This experience is 5 stars all the way around from sales (Jon Barker, Steven Baker and Ryan Pulley) to service and down to the folks that stayed late to make sure my car was available after work. What amazes me is that my 10 year old used car (that we didn't even buy there) gets the same level of attention as my brand new E350! Gosh, with service and support like this, I think it will be tough to get me to buy another brand. Please keep up the amazing work!!! More
When scheduling our 20K mile service on our Sprinter (for 9am the next week) we were quoted $485 (plus or minus a bit for different oil capacities) by the lady on the phone. When we arrive at 9am - we are told that the vehicle wouldn't be ready until 3. That is unacceptable. I mean, why make an appointment in that case? We also told Bryan that the brakes are squealing - he replies that there's nothing they can do for that. Really? Anti-vibration compound? Nothing? grrr...When we arrive at 3 Bryan tells us that it's almost done...6hrs and it's not done. 30min later it is finally pulled around - with squealing brakes. Next comes the bill - $842.94. Unbelievable. Crappy service, smug employees, incompetence. Next time I'll take it to Jiffy lube - probably get better service. More
