As a devout Mercedes client, my suggestion is to read the reviews and take them seriously, do not leave your car there without a clear plan from service team, have mediocre expectations and plan on not getting your car returned on time. Overall avoid this place if you are die hard Mercedes enthusiast. Go north or south the extra few miles to a different service center. More

The service adviser was very professional and helpful , however the dealer seems to have a schedule or rules that is not in favor of it customers , my gas tank door damage and I could not open it , theref however the dealer seems to have a schedule or rules that is not in favor of it customers , my gas tank door damage and I could not open it , therefore I could not put gas , Saturday. I call to see what i could do and the receptionist at the service department ask me to come on Monday To drop my car or I could leave it and they will provide me with a taxi back home because they had no loaners to give me until the following Friday, I feel I was dealing with a low cost car dealer, where you need to figure it out your self if your car breaks down; my car is 2021 , low mileage and in good condition. The reason I look for luxury brands is the different that the service and warranty provides you . More
Made an appointment for a loaner vehicle with my appointment & upon arrival no loaner vehicle was readily accessible for me to drop my vehicle & leave ..Also I was told I was going to get a ride ho appointment & upon arrival no loaner vehicle was readily accessible for me to drop my vehicle & leave ..Also I was told I was going to get a ride home and that was also a problem. I was told to wait for someone to drive me home 🏡 & they never showed & I had to wait over 30 minutes after asking repeatedly where the ride was …My son decided to send an Uber for me . I’m very dissatisfied with the help I was given at this dealership. I’m suprised..For Mercedes to be unorganized like this . I got better treatment @ Lexus . More
