The worst experience EVER. I when there last Saturday and the guy tookcare me told me I have two more service it was come first millege or year so after that he told me my car I when there last Saturday and the guy tookcare me told me I have two more service it was come first millege or year so after that he told me my car need a replace tire four all-them[ [4 ] and the funny thing it was the a week before I change one of the tire due that It was a need it. I decline of course due that saw it was a lie to me try to sell me am ripped me off just because am a women lol . He told me it will take 3 thru 4 hours due the service he ask me if I want to way or send me a uber I said send me home I left and hour late he call me and told me the service it won't be cover and I have to pay 700 hundred and something I declined of course due that I got so mad first all he said it was cover and later up y he said not I just think he couldn't with the tire now he try with the service or He is new or absolutely they being training to rip-off the customer like me . .....,.,., More

I had to leave my car which ended up for 2days. And wasn’t given a loner. I was asked if I reserved one. Why would I reserve one if I didn’t know I would need to? Didn’t drive the convertible that much last year, had 1800 miles total, but the year was up so the car maintenance alert kept coming on. Was told 2 hours, took exactly 2 hours, ordered some food from nearby via DoorDash, had a picnic on the grass with my dog, helped myself to water and coffee from the dealership. Everything went as smoothly as expected. More
