Worse service ever , I own a gle 350 2022 and bought a warranty for my tires, I bring my wife's car to this dealer to change the rear tire because has a screw on the side of the tire, tires shops said thi warranty for my tires, I bring my wife's car to this dealer to change the rear tire because has a screw on the side of the tire, tires shops said this tired have to be replaced so i bring the car to the dealer to replaced the tire because as I said I bough an expensive warranty for tires, this guy's in the dealer dident want to replaced. Re: Service dept - Another AutoNation South Florida dealership with sub-standard customer care My brand new 2023, less than 2 month old, electric ESE 350+ vehicle malfunctioned with a screen message t dealership with sub-standard customer care My brand new 2023, less than 2 month old, electric ESE 350+ vehicle malfunctioned with a screen message that said the following- "Cooling system malfunction, reduced drive performance, service required" I was leaving town in 6 days, for 3 weeks, with Dr appointments and many important things to get done before I departed This dealership offered the following options: 1. Have my car towed to the dealership at a charge of $150.00 2. No loaner car available for 6 days, until the actual day of my flight 3. Once my vehicle was repaired, I would have 24 hours to have it picked up from the dealership or be charged a daily storage fee 4. Leave my car unrepaired with the malfunction for 3 weeks and bring it in for service when I return With that, I spoke with a service supervisor and the service manager, neither of which offered any other options As things turned out, I contacted Mercedes corporate Customer Care who towed the car at no charge to me to another dealership The issue was significant and my car took over 30 days to repair so if had I waited - I would have been without my vehicle for 7 weeks Without a doubt, extremely disappointed in the car and even more so in the lack of customer care and service from multiple AutoNation dealerships Unacceptable More
Whenever I visit the Miami dealership I receive excellent service. My service advisor Rafael Marzo is always very professional and attentive in advising me about my vehicle.
