"Car too low" upon my arrival to Mercedes Benz understand my vehicle is not under warranty: service tech bought me home to retrieve my copy of wareanty; however Mercedes Benz of miami dont even have vehicle registered. Im treated like its all my fault ; finally give me a loaner; I spent hours treated like an outcast. Now my vehicle is sitting ; waiting to be registerd; to be repaired. More
WORST SERVICE EVER This dealership is vastly overpriced for any service that you may need. The personnel (not all, but many) are arrogant and not overly helpful, although this is typical for most Mercedes service centers. I brought in my wife's car for a simple oil change. I had a loaner car reserved, but was told no loaners were available since my needed service would only take a couple of hours. After strongly asserting that was unacceptable since I had an appointment to go to, they somehow located a loaner vehicle. After being kept waiting over an hour when picking up my car, I was told that they "lost the key". We had to have them give us a ride home and give them our spare key to get our car back. While they found the key the next morning, this entire service experience was a living nightmare. To be fair, after complaining about this debacle, the service manager cancelled the charge for the oil change (which was vastly excessive to start with - over $400.00 for an oil change and to top off brake fluid is an unmitigated rip-off). More
Very Professional I came in for routine service and also had an issue with my AC Blower motor. At first the service rep was not optimistic about being able to fix the problem without a second appointment.. The techs were able to identify the problem and luckily they had a part in stock that had been ordered for another customer that they were able to reallocate. It was late in the day on 12/30 and I am sure they all wanted to get home to their families, but despite that they were very accommodating. This is my third car from the dealer and by far the most efficient service experience yet. More
DODGE SPRINTER This was by far the most horrible experience in over 30 years that I have ever had dealing with any type of customer service representative, much less This was by far the most horrible experience in over 30 years that I have ever had dealing with any type of customer service representative, much less a manager of a luxury vehicle service station. In speaking with the manager, he unprofessionally gave his opinion that my truck was by far one of the worse trucks in make and models to service. As a result, to conveniently get “easier” cars out of the way, he told me that there were 20 other vehicles ahead of mine. It literally took 2 weeks to get a verbal estimate from these people! They couldn’t even send me a written proposal. This is completely unprofessional! The price was ridiculous and to add insult to injury I was charged a “diagnostic fee”, for which did me no good as I decided to take my business elsewhere as fast as humanly possible. I will NEVER return here again and urge anyone thinking of taking their vehicles to get serviced here to truly reconsider your choice. More

Even the service advisor fights with the cuatomera. Extremely poor service. The service advisor should be treating animals. And the service director has his hands tiwd up to fire these people. Unbelievable and unaceptable. The gral manager cliff should work for KIA, he only cares about sales numbers. More

Couldn't get a courtesy loaner with progressive full coverage insurance that I pay extra for loaner cars, the List just goes on. For anyone who wants to go to this dealer drive a little father and go to another mercedes benz. Never have I gotten this service at Cadillac or bmw, but I guess they know what customer service is. I had to inconveniently bring my car in for a service repair 3 times and it's still not fix, hope this 4th time it will. I expect a better quality of service coming from a luxury line. Moving forward I will go out of my way to FT Lauderdale where I purchased my vehicle. More
