Thank you for responding so quickly. Certain staff member are not fit dealing with Warranties. A wrong Diagnostic or Words incorrectly used will trigger for an inpector to be sent to verify whatever they find hard to believe. Since Mercedes-Benz of Miami Techs could not duplicate the Malfunction, warranty was denied, even though the wheel speed sensor was a covered Item and was diagnosed as bad, it was not covered because technicians in miami threw in the ABS as the cause. Nothing was wrong with the ABS. So I lose. Warranty is not to blame, because it was fixed in Raleigh North Carolina & Warranty covered it.

Thank God my service representative was amazing, he sympathize with me and was shocked when I told him my salesman would not give me the time of day when I went to ask the question of why it wasn’t disclosed to me.
