Perfection is the correct word to describe the service rendered. I Used them twice, and both time I have no complaints. They went through the hoops to make sure I had a loaner car. Justin was very helpful as always. I was able to get four things fixed on my car in the matter of three days. Justin knew how important I needed my car back to pick up my daughter and did not only get the jo things fixed on my car in the matter of three days. Justin knew how important I needed my car back to pick up my daughter and did not only get the job done but did it in a good amount of time for me to still get my daughter. I have had a Mercedes for plenty of years an haven’t meet anyone more polite and punctual when it comes to helping their customers appreciate you Justin. Job well done. More
Very Poor customer Service. After this Dealership neglected and damaged my van during the time when my Sprinter van was there for some scheduled repairs covered by the MB warranty. Now they are all r neglected and damaged my van during the time when my Sprinter van was there for some scheduled repairs covered by the MB warranty. Now they are all refusing to fix the damage by claiming that it is not their fault. I spoke to both managers of the Miami Mercedes Benz and one of them just said that all they do over there is paper pushing and nothing else could be done for me in the situation.((((( WHAT????)))) I would not expect anyone to say that to me about their job. Especially if you work in the management for Mercedes-Benz. What really happened is THAT they just too afraid to admit that they messed up my interior and it is beyond cleaning and NOW will need to be replaced at additional costs. But Hey if you mess it up - You have to fix it. It is just the rule for all people with dignity. I am still waiting for them to call me back with the solution... to be continued. More
So helpful...my tire went flat on 95 at 5 PM in Express Lane. Lucky to find MB and even luckier they were able to replace my tire in no time...looked at new car while waiting...everyone so nice and I wis Lane. My experience begun awful with the service advisor Steven Adams. Mr. Adams was extremely rude and arrogant. The saying customer service is #1 that wasn't true with him.
