I wish I could put zero stars. I receive better service from a Midas repair shop. This is the absolute worst service on the planet. It is a shame to the brand that a dealership lik I receive better service from a Midas repair shop. This is the absolute worst service on the planet. It is a shame to the brand that a dealership like this exists. Everyone working there has zero clue about customer service. I made an appointment to take my car in to fix a broken AC motor under warranty. I got there and was told the advisor would not be in for an hour and would have to wait I asked what about the 10 advisors sitting on their butts doing nothing. Well your appointment is not with them, I was told. After much fighting and 30 min later they gave me an advisor Ignacio who was not any better. I showed him the problem and then the conversation went something like this... he said well we are behind and it will be 3-5 days to run a diagnostic to figure out the problem. Ok then please give me a loaner. We do not have loaners he said. Ok then just tell me when you are ready to give a diagnostic, and I will bring the car in. Sorry sir we don't know when that will be. Well then call me when you know I come. I can't be without a car. We don't work like that. I ended up just leaving and taking my car and will go elsewhere. If you are that backed up then don't take appointments. What are these advisors for? They sure don't advise. They just waist everyones' time and are completely useless and have no clue. This dealership is awful and I cannot stress enough do not do business with them! More
