I called for an appointment for my annual service and was set up for 7am two days later. I asked if I could bring the car in the afternoon of the day before, and was told yes, but before 3pm. I arrived at 2:30pm and was told by the service person greeting me that they don't accept vehicles before the appointment time. I explained that I had called ahead and was given the OK to bring it in the day before. She continued to basically lecture me and told me that it wasn't their policy but after leaving to speak with the service manager, reluctantly agreed to allow me to leave it, speaking to me as if I had done something wrong. Shortly after, my service advisor, Cesar (who was great) came to go over the car's service needs. My only issue was the seat belt didn't fully retract when I exited the car, leaving the buckle attached to the seat belt wedged between the seat and the door, which dented the interior door panel, and that problem often prevented me from locking the car. Cesar told me that on my particular model that I had to give the seat belt some extra help so that it would retract properly. Really! It' a Mercedes! You'd think they'd have a better solution. Cesar notified me when the car was ready the next day. As I said, he was the bright spot in this experience. When I came to pick up the car, the same greeter sent me the cashier, who gave me my paper work and told me to take it to "valet" who would have the keys and would get my car. I walked to the service area looking for 'valet" but there was no signage indicating where that was. So I waited at an unmarked kiosk that seemed to be the correct spot even though no one was there. After waiting several minutes with service people passing by without acknowledging me, I finally went back to the greeter's desk and found someone to get my car. The whole experience left me frustrated and unappreciated. More

Services at Mercedes of Miami with Allan was one of a kind. He was concerned enough to check on my situation, contacted me to up date me on the status of my case. There was follow-up with another phone contact and a final contact to inquire what my decision is, and whether I had negative or positive views. Personally found Allen went out of his way to Satisfy the customer, resolve the issues, and to encourage the customer to engage with others in the services provided at the agency. Allen exhibited determination, contentiousness of the customer's feelings and inconvenience of being without provided transportation, a loaner vehicle from the dealer. He cared that time was an issue that he worked to solve immediately if not sooner. No Unnecessary waste of the customer's time was provided essentially in helping the customer's feel satisfied about dealing with Mercedes of Miami. More
