This dealership used to offer adequate service but past year or so everything has gone down the tube. Very difficult to get someone to schedule a service or return a call. It is like no one wants to have c year or so everything has gone down the tube. Very difficult to get someone to schedule a service or return a call. It is like no one wants to have contact with the costumers. Also take for ever to have something done whenever you finally able to drop the car. It would help if the people in charge would send a communication to the costumers and explain what is going on before they loose them. More
This dealership is run by Autonations therefore the experience is always very sterile and “mass produced”. I like my service advisor but do not like the corporate culture - I’m also concerned about the experience is always very sterile and “mass produced”. He always immediately took care of our requests ve provided by Mr. Ignacio Cidad (Assistant Service Manager of Mercedes-Benz of Miami Miami Gardens). He always immediately took care of our requests very personally. No question was too much and did everything to satisfy his customers! The customer service is much better than the one in Fort Lauderdale. I went there once to check out my G class, no service at all. They didn’t even wash your car if you don’t spend money on them.
