Terrible service from Ignacio and MB. Vehicle was stolen and recovered, so tech was supposed to check the car over for damages, they replaced 2 tires and brakes and returned the car to me Vehicle was stolen and recovered, so tech was supposed to check the car over for damages, they replaced 2 tires and brakes and returned the car to me.. with bumper falling off, interior panels ripped off by the thieves and a scratch on the door. How does a Mercedes tech miss that?? After many apologies Ignacio sent flatbed to retrieve my car, now 3 days later and I've heard nothing. Today Ignacio says "What, the body shop estimator never got in contact with you? I told him to call you right away, I guess he didn't hear me" Can't believe management at MB allows this xxxx to happen.. Paul T More
