I don't know why the service department manager has to have such a bad attitude on dealing with customers. He got very confrontational and aggressive with me. I brought my vehicle in for some repairs and have such a bad attitude on dealing with customers. He got very confrontational and aggressive with me. Because I hadn't heard from the service department at all and calling them on the phone was a total waste of time because they never answer. I went to the dealership to enquire about the vehicle. I was told that my vehicle would be held up for a week. And the service manager was not giving me answers that I wanted to hear, He said he did not know what was going on with my vehicle. So when I asked for the General Manager's name to make a formal complaint about his behavior. He refused and then said I had to go through him first. Way to go Mercedes-Benz of Miami on how to lose your customers. You should train your service managers on Customer Etiquettes. It might help you retain your customers. More
