This is by far the best dealership I have been too for my Mercedes. Miami did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle and listening to my concerns. Cutler bay and Coral Gables have gone down hill. I will no Mercedes. Miami did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle and listening to my concerns. Cutler bay and Coral Gables have gone down hill. I will no longer go there and only go to Mercedes of Miami and see Mr. ANGEL. Amazing service and professional. I love the atmosphere at Miami and the best technicians! 10/10 More

Needed a diagnosis on my Canadian Mercedes Benz when I booked a service appointment I was told that it will covered under warranty including a loaner car.. When I arrived for my appointment on Jan 5th I booked a service appointment I was told that it will covered under warranty including a loaner car.. When I arrived for my appointment on Jan 5th I was told by the service advisor that the he wrong and the warranty work would not be covered and would have to pay for any work done including loaner car. I ended for paying for a new battery on a a brand new two month old car. In the meantime I received a message from MB Canada about a new software upgrade that should resolve the issue .again , MB of North Miami service advisor was not comparative and said he can not perform the software upgrade because it’s a Canadian car. In frustration I called MB of Ft Lauderdale . What a difference !!! The car is in service now with a loaner car and warranty work at no charge.. If MB of Fort Lauderdale is 10 then Mercedes-Benz of North Miami is a 4. More
Took my car here for service. They gave me an Uber one way. When I was ready to go back to the dealership because of the estimated time they provided, there was no response and I They gave me an Uber one way. When I was ready to go back to the dealership because of the estimated time they provided, there was no response and I waited a hour, then they said they can’t send one for me to get back to the dealership because the fee exceeds $30. Then on top of that proceeded to give me “a heads up” that they will close in a hour I wish I was notified earlier More
