Came to the dealer with suspension issues on 2006 r500. Car was dropped off on friday morning and by the end of the day they did not even touch it. As a loaner i was referred to enterprise rent a car and was graciously provided with nissan altima with the words that all loaner mercedeses are out on the road. When i came to pick up the car on monday with my 2 year old kid i had to wait pationately for 1.5 hrs again because my service manager was with the client (i guess he was there for the first time as well). However, most of the other people were sitting there doing nothing but really did not care about customers waiting. I came to this site using their wifi network, butit was blocked so i had to switch to 3g in order to leave a review. While writing it i was approached by my manager and after telling him about it he waived a $135 diagnostics fee and asked not to write it. Well at the end, i left with the car having the same issue ( my service contract did not cover leaks in suspension and i was not ready to pay $2100 to repair it here) Well, my believe is that mbz dealer must have a much higher level of service by default. Ps. I waited to get the car another 30 minutes and my total suggested bill was $6524.30 More

The dealership is extremely attractive, enjoys a large inventory, and is immaculately well maintained and comfortable. During our visit, we also met the general manager, service manager, and Rhonda who is in charge of financing (she is great at her job, a wonderful person, and the consumate professional - "Brava! Rhonda"). The team there really shines. All in all, this is the place to go if you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes product. BE SURE! to work with Nino; he's the man! More

While I received a great price on my brand new Mercedes c250 Coupe, the follow-up service has been absolutely lacking. The Good: - Excellent Inventory of Vehicles - Great Sales Staff (Ron Calderon) was a pleasure to work with and really made the experience haggle free The Bad: - Rhonda (the woman who processes the paperwork) completely lacks customer service skills or attention to detail. No only did she not process my paperwork correctly (making me return to the dealer to resign documents) but also failed to order a custom licence tag which was clearly outlined in our discussion (I am still awaiting the plate, 3 1/2 week). Lastly, when calling her to find out the status, she replied with "I don't have time to check on it, talk to Aunia in the Title Department - Aunia is completely unresponsive, 3 messages and not a single return phone call in a week. In conclusion, I expect much more as a Mercedes Benz Owner and wish Ron calderon worked at another dealership because the service at Mercedes Benz of Miami is Terrible. More

I have been taking my CLK430 to this Mercedes service department for years and was always happy but recently, it has been very bad during my last 3 visits there in 2007. All the staff are new - apparentl department for years and was always happy but recently, it has been very bad during my last 3 visits there in 2007. All the staff are new - apparently, all the good service staff left and went to another dealership. They had my car for FIVE weeks for a regular service plus change a mirror. When I got the car back, the AC wasn't working. Another TWO weeks. They also kept attempting to charge me for warranty work. Honestly, Mercedes Miami is now a nightmare place to take your car for a service. More
