Was the worst experience ever order a new car was told to have it in 3-4 months after waiting for almost 5 months sales person told me I need to wait 5 more months to get the car. After talking to sales mana have it in 3-4 months after waiting for almost 5 months sales person told me I need to wait 5 more months to get the car. After talking to sales manager to see what is going on why is some people order cars later get it before and driving the cars already he basically told me if u don't like u can get your deposit back. I would not recommend this dealership to any one sales people are lazy and managers are very rude even the general manager was like you got your money back and didn't even care. WORST PLACE AVER!!! This is the 7th Mercedes-Benz over a span of approximately 20 years that I have purchased with Mr Ernesto Velasquez as my salesperson and as usual I am extremely satisfied. He knows how particular and exacting I can be.Testing his fortitude, I had put him up to the task of finding me the car I wanted with the added pressure of him competing with other local dealerships. It had to be a Mercedez-Benz 2011 SL 550, Diamond white, AMG sports package, low mileage and clean title. I knew I had to be very patient. After a few months I finally I got the call I wanted. It was from Ernesto and that made me even happier. Number 7 was was about to be landed. Because demand for the car was so high a contract had to be executed immediately. Problem is that I could not leave work at that time. Trusting Mr Velasquez expertise and professionalism I took a leap of faith and bound the contract via fax and emails. The dealership accommodated my concerns by giving me even a few more days in excess to drive and independently check the car with a 100% money back written guarantee. Upon seeing the car it was love at first sight...My search was over. Subsequently I did have the car inspected in detail and the results came back extremely clean. Additionally, although I already had fair knowledge of its features Ernesto was patient to cover every detail of the car and took the time to introduce me to key personnel affiliated with his dealership. It was a truly satisfying buying experience. As far as car sales personnel are concerned Mr Velasquez receives my unequivocal recommendation. More

As coming into the store, they were very friendly and guided me to reception. They called Nino, and from there on, he was extremely helpful, he took me for 2 test drives and was very patient. Absolutely horrible dealership in regards to customer service and auto servicing. Own 6 cars from here over the last 10 yrs. They're great at treating you wonderfully when they sell you the car. but t service and auto servicing. Own 6 cars from here over the last 10 yrs. When i brought it in, they wanted to charge me $300 just to tell me whats wrong with it. After $4,000 and 39 days later, they pull the car up and it says , visit workshop on the display screen. I couldnt beleive it. 39 days later and $4,000, pulling up from the workshop and they want to deliver me my car with 'visit workshop' on it. when i point it out, they say 'I dont know what to tell you'. after much back and forth they ask if i want to pay another $300 to diagnose why it says visit workshop. "im at the workshop and its been here for 39 days' what did they do if not diagnose it. Rediculous. I spoke to a manger (which seemed like another service rep just saying he was the manager) that also said, 'i dont know what to tell you' and asking if i wanted to authorize another $300 to see if they could find out the problem. What a racket. you buy a $120K car (an SL no less) to get treated this way... I would never recommend this dealership under any any any circumstances. buy any car anywhere before buying there. unless you have zero care for the money you spend, and mostly the money overpayment on service, do not buy a car there. Mercedes Benz of miami. loud and clear. Avoid at all cost. i would even consider switching brands of cars. I used to get a thousand times better service at BMW, Range rover. Even when i had my toyota i got treated much much better. Not worth buying a this dealership at all!!! Horrible! I almost never write a review. In fact i'm not sure if this will reach anyone, but if it saves 1 person its worth it. Whatever answer might get posted by them here, it all BS. unless you're willing to overpay for smiles while they rob you blind, do not give them your business. More
In mid-July attempted to bring the E350 I leased from this dealership in March 2013 in for a 3 month top off service and to have the tire pressure checked on the car because the light was on. The customer service agents I was required to speak to were so difficult to work with I was unable to schedule any service and ultimately went to a different dealer, Mercedes of Coral Gables, to have the work done on my car. This is not necessarily a reflection on the people I dealt with. The problem is they sold me a bad used car. My salesman Larry B. is a good guy. I don't think he knew the car was bad. The used car manager Mark L. is okay too but he may have known the car was in bad shape. I paid $15k for a 2007 Jaguar S-type with 65m miles. The night I drove it off the lot I had to return with it. The "dipping headlights" were stuck in the down position and badly misaligned, the AC was blowing hot on one side, cold on the other, there was a vibration at the front when making a u-turn, and the car had only one ignition key, all problems I had pointed out before. They kept the car a few days and gave me a free MB loner. They fixed the AC and the dipping headlights. They did nothing on the front end and the headlights were still misaligned, and no spare key-fob was ever given ($300 cost for me). On a subsequent visit they aligned the headlights. I took the car to a mechanic friend and he showed me the upper control arms were shot. This is why I was having front end problems ($50 to diagnose and a $1200 repair). I took the car back to M-Benz of Miami and again they gave me a free loner. They agreed the control arms were shot and noted the rack & pinion steering rack will soon need to be replaced. They agreed to repair the upper control arms if I paid for parts. This cost me $535. What will fail next? When? Did they sell me a "lemon"? That is against the law now. I did not take this car to a mechanic before buying it because I thought Mercedes Benz of Miami could be trusted to sell a good used car but I would pay a little more buying from them. I thought the peace of mind would be worth it. I have no peace of mind and fear I have gotten myself into a big problem. More
