We recently purchased Certified pre-owned GLC300. Not only they lost the 2nd key for the vehicle, the Driver Assist features are not working. For over a month we are trying to get a 2nd key they ordered only they lost the 2nd key for the vehicle, the Driver Assist features are not working. For over a month we are trying to get a 2nd key they ordered. We asked many times to make an appointment with a loaner availability to fix the driver assist and getting run around and nobody cares to follow up. This is the worst Mercedes Benz dealership. We owned Mercedes cars for over 20 years, AMGs, etc.... never had these issues until bought this car for our daughter. How can they certify the vehicle without fully inspecting major features? How can they have no follow-ups at the service? How can they even qualify to work with Mercedes Benz?? More
Worst dealer experiences ever. Their collision repair shop took 8 months for a 1 month job because they couldn't get it right. Then, they charged me for a tire that they didn't replace (fraud). Despite this, they are closest to me and I went in to buy the same car, new model year. Sales person (Daniel Ferreira) was useless. I literally walked him through the specification on his computer, then had to follow up with him three times to see if he had placed my order. Then, I had to ask him about the ETA, he never once followed up with me. Worse, his attitude was "It will be here when it gets here". I told him he added no value to the process and he was offended. But it was worse than that -- he actually subtracted value from the process. Couldn't have been worse at any point with this dealership. AutoNation pretty much sucks if they think this is good business. More
After running my credit I did not hear from Alina or Alberto for over 5 days. Once we called back to inquire on what was going on we were treated super unprofessionally by Alberto who yelled at me and c Alberto for over 5 days. I then called back to speak to the GM to voice my concerns and he assured me that he would address this issue and that he would call back, that never happened either. The lack of communication on their end and vagrant disrespect towards me is unacceptable. It's not okay to be treated this way by folx who are supposed to be helping me and my husband purchase a new vehicle. This whole ordeal left a very sour taste in our mouths with ever engaging with Mercedes Benz in the future. As a previous Mercedes Benz owner I went back to MB because my experience a decade ago was so pleasant and inviting, but this MB dealer of Miami has turned me off completely and I will likely never return as a customer. More

The worst service I've ever received!!! Took my car in for what I was told a key replacement and they have had my car for 2 weeks and counting. Called numerous times and was told I would receive a call b for what I was told a key replacement and they have had my car for 2 weeks and counting. Called numerous times and was told I would receive a call back and never received a return call. I've spent over $1K in rental car fees and they still have my car as of today April 16th. Dropped car off on April 1st. Avoid this service department at all cost!!!! More
Not from Florida, but the sorry service and the assist sevice manager,Yorlian,was unacceptable. Spent two weeks & all they changed was a thermostat. Had go to back home to MERCEDES-BENZ OF NC to get my speed sensors fixed, which was covered by warranty. Miami tech are not qualified or were a bit dishonest. More
Very dissatisfied it was not disclosed to me I would have to pay for service in 5 1/2 months. Granted I bought a loaner car that had 4900 miles, and I’ve only put 2000 miles on in less than 6 months, but wh to pay for service in 5 1/2 months. As I sit here and wait for my $500 service, the service rep suggested I speak with my salesman about it, and when I tried he didn’t give a xxxx about me. Never again will I buy here. If you do make sure the disclose everything to you! More

I brought my car (2019 GLE AMG 43) to service air suspension malfunction. The car is one year old and under manufacturer warranty. Omar advised me that MB will not cover repairs due to water getting to the part that caused the malfunction. When I asked, “How the water got into that part?”, Omar responded, “You probably were driving in the rain”. REALLY? I did not know that Mercedes Benz makes cars for sunny weather only. Is there a memo from the manufacturer I have missed where it states, “Avoid driving in the rain”? Logically, if the suspension is located under the car (where it is exposed to water), one would assume that parts responsible for suspension be water sealed, NO? We have discussed this issue for few minutes, but Omar would not listen or not willing to understand. So, I have asked him to let the Manager call me. It has been 5 days since and I have heard neither from Manager nor from Omar with any response. Dear Mercedes Benz, your current slogan is “The best or nothing”. So far, I have received the second part of your statement… NOTHING. So much for paying a premium for high-end vehicles. Extremely disappointed More
