Carlos was very nice and informed me of things that when I leased my Mercedes at the Pembroke Pines dealer did not do so. I was never informed that I could buy more miles. They told that the estimate of the service would be about 2 or 2and a half hour . After 4 hours waiting they told me that the car was not ready and no accurate estimate available . Finally i talk to the head of the service department who provided me transportation to my home after 4and a half hours. It was a yearly routine service . The only extra that i ask it was to check the back doors whose closure was not smooth and they dis nothing only providing a rocket science explanation that is was normal that the closure wasn’t smooth.
