I bought a 2021 Mercedes Benz cls 450 which was listed as not being in a accident, collision or refurbished. I am out of state so I could not inspect the car myself but they assured me the car would be inspe not being in a accident, collision or refurbished. I am out of state so I could not inspect the car myself but they assured me the car would be inspected before being sent and I believed because they are a Mercedes Benz dealer. They ended up sending me a damaged car and the experience since then has been the worst. The sales agent who sold me the car(Melvin Cabrera) became unresponsive and so did his manager(Julio Cardoso). I've had to keep escalating this issue up and it is still on going. Do not deal with this dealership if you do not want to go through this experience especially if you are out of town. If you must, have your own mechanic or inspector come to do the inspection. Once the papers are signed, you are on your own. They will avoid your number and phone calls. They will lie, deny and twist facts. They will try and blame shipping even though their own pictures and evidence shows the same damage on the car before the it was picked up from their dealership. This is an untrustworthy group of people. Do not deal with Melvin Cabrera(the agent who sold me the damaged car), Julio Cardoso, Fernando Lopez-Varela, Mike Ochoa. Took my car here for service. They gave me an Uber one way. When I was ready to go back to the dealership because of the estimated time they provided, there was no response and I They gave me an Uber one way.
