Services at Mercedes of Miami with Allan was one of a kind. He was concerned enough to check on my situation, contacted me to up date me on the status of my case. Personally found Allen went out of his way to Satisfy the customer, resolve the issues, and to encourage the customer to engage with others in the services provided at the agency. Allen exhibited determination, contentiousness of the customer's feelings and inconvenience of being without provided transportation, a loaner vehicle from the dealer. He cared that time was an issue that he worked to solve immediately if not sooner. No Unnecessary waste of the customer's time was provided essentially in helping the customer's feel satisfied about dealing with Mercedes of Miami. More
