The dealership was patient with our being out of the country and charged what we believe are very fair rates for the service rendered. Poor communication, delay in completing the job,, returned the vehicle to me and the tire alignment was off and air conditioner not working. The location is convenient and service staff friendly, I hope they can improve. I will be taking my G550 to another service center to check this dealership didn’t do additional harm to my car. As a devout Mercedes client, my suggestion is to read the reviews and take them seriously, do not leave your car there without a clear plan from service team, have mediocre expectations and plan on not getting your car returned on time. Overall avoid this place if you are die hard Mercedes enthusiast. Go north or south the extra few miles to a different service center. More

Just so everyone knows, I am someone that buys cars almost every year. I love cars and love changing them frequently. I have experience with a lot of brands (BMW, Lexus, Land Rover, etc.) but this was almost every year. I love cars and love changing them frequently. I have experience with a lot of brands (BMW, Lexus, Land Rover, etc.) but this was my first Mercedes, and its bad. I must say that the entire process was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others. First and foremost, the sales person at this dealership was incredibly pushy and seemed more interested in making a quick sale than ensuring customer satisfaction. Even though she seems like a nice lady she was very much pushed by superiors to pressure us on making quick decision because as she told us "it was end of the month and everyone is very busy". Not sure why I would care about that. I started the process by finding the car online and it was a 2020 GLE 350. Even though I was pushed to come to the dealership to be dazzled by the GLE, I insisted on getting the numbers first before coming because I wanted to see how will financials work out, My wife Alena had filled out the credit app, and after she got approved we went to the dealership to see the car. When we got there car (even though it was a CPO) was really not up to standards. Smelled like smoke, had a stained headliner, rock chips all over, ripped driver seat etc. Not sure if the CPO was supposed to be sold as such, but anyhow we decided to pass. This set off the sales lady and other staff members as they said "its not nice to change the cars". Is there a policy that I can only buy the first car I look at? Anyhow while we were there I went on their website and saw much cleaner looking GLE that had just came in as a lease return. After taking a glance at that one, I told the sales lady that we want that one instead of the once that was in a really bad shape. She said that it will take few days for the car to get inspected and certified, and my wife and I were ok with the wait. I get call 3 days later saying that I have to come within one hour as the other salesman have tried to sell that car 2 times already. This is just crazy. We have a newborn and had to rush to the dealership so the car doesn't sell even though we have credit pulled and reserved that particular vehicle. When we came there we had to do all paperwork even though we haven't seen the car after inspection! Finally they let us see the car, but still wasn't ready for pickup. I test drove it and there was something mechanically off because it was shaking at idle. I pointed out to the sales lady who was with me at the test drive and she agreed and told me that service will take car of everything once we come to finally pickup the car (which was day after). My wife had picked up the car, came home just to find out that the mechanical issue hasn't been resolved. I reached out to the sales lady she said not to worry that the car is under warranty and that it will be fixed, eventhough she told me it was already fixed. All and all just a terrible experience. I strongly urge potential car buyers to steer clear of this dealership and explore other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a more transparent and reliable car buying experience. More
