She was beyond patient on the sign in dayas I ran out of battery on my mobile and we had to juggle a ton of things to have erything square out. The car is fantástico so does she! As a side note,this is not my first luxury car and I need to say I expected mas from te brand itself their processes and how they approach things! I'm not saying it was bad, 8m saying I have felt more pampered with other brands, they can double down on the actual customer experience! More

I was greeted very warmly and ask to wait in the lobby. My serviceman came to get me almost immediately. We discussed the service to be done. I was given the choice to wait or go home and wait. Of course I My serviceman came to get me almost immediately. We discussed the service to be done. I was given the choice to wait or go home and wait. Of course I chose to wait at home. I was given a ride with Lyft, and picked up by Lyft in less than 2 hours. My car was serviced, I asked for a copy of what services were performed. My service guy was very professional and kind to go over future services, I was grateful and home I went. Thank you! More

Lighten up a bit when you pass by potential customers in the showroom, it really does make a difference to many customers. No wiggle room with trade in value or purchase price. So no deal done on first visit. A month later I noted online that the sale price had been reduced. I contacted Francisco and we did a deal over the phone with the same trade in value. I was very satisfied with the net amount I paid for the car. I was really hesitant and not positive about fixed price sales values until now. I found it refreshingly easy, and it took all that hassle and time out of the negotiation. The dealership servicing and examination report were a comfort to me, when considering the risk of purchasing a used car with no dealership or manufacturer’s warranty. There was a short delay in picking up the car as it developed a starting issue just prior to delivery. They managed this superbly and even provided me with a copy of the repair invoice. They did a thorough job and replaced all the batteries. Not a cheap fix on a Bentley! Collection was excellent I was in and out within an hour. No pressure with sale add ons etc.. Post sale follow up was refreshing and genuine. I received two calls within the first week of purchase. This was by far the best car dealership experience I’ve encountered - and I’ve bought a huge number of cars over the years. Thank you Francisco and Mercedes Benz Miami. More
