My bill came to $1355. 90 for labor. The car was in your shop for 24 hours and assuming that the labor was done over eight hours that would come to about $170 an hour or if 90 for labor. Returned my car with a non working sound system. Refused to correct the issue. The vehicle also had a dead battery ( even though they told me to come pick it up). They refused to give me a jump so I Refused to correct the issue. The vehicle also had a dead battery ( even though they told me to come pick it up). They refused to give me a jump so I had to take the battery out, at the service department, and go get another one. That's when I discovered that the sound system was no longer functioning. Their response? " Oh well, your car is old and your radio just stopped working". That was a brand new battery. What ever killed the battery probably killed the sound system. The service manager refused to fix it and took no responsibility for the brand new battery that was damaged. More

Everything was perfect with the sales process which I have reviewed previously. But I’m very disappointed regarding the work they did prior to purchase especially, from a MB dealership. They had to replace the batteries on the car which delayed the original pickup of the car. Great that they did it at their cost. After a few days I noted that two rear lights were not working. I reported it to Francisco and we agreed to keep an eye on it. Suddenly after a week, I incurred lots of electrical issues, false tire inflation reports, seats wouldn’t adjust, airbag fault light came on. I rang Francisco who was unresponsive. When Francisco finally called I told him I was taking the car to my Bentley expert technician a few days later. We agreed I’d let him know what they found. Well, I’ve phoned Francisco a number of times since and now he’s never available. Very different to when I was purchasing the car - he was always available! So fortunately for me my guy has resolved all the problems. The MB technicians appear to have failed to clear and reset the ecu/modules after changing the batteries. No thanks to Mercedes the car is now running fine. I feel very disappointed that what was a great purchase experience ended up as a nightmare all because of poor workmanship and a failure to recognize and resolve a frightening series of problems. 0 out of 10 for customer care post sale More
