I loved my 2015 ML 350 so much that when I wanted a new car, I went back and bought a 2021 GLC AMG and until Saturday night I was searching to purchase another one but my dream Mercedes Benz. So in 2021, car, I went back and bought a 2021 GLC AMG and until Saturday night I was searching to purchase another one but my dream Mercedes Benz. So in 2021, I paid $80000 plus cash for the AMG. On Saturday night, I was traveling from Houston to Memphis with my 3 girls all under 11 when I got a flat. I called Mercedes Connect and the rep asked if I had a flat. I thought that was odd so in the middle on no where on the side of the road with 3 little girls, I unpacked the car to lift the gate and low and behold a big empty xxx space for a spare but no spare but there was a seat back there for me sit down to change the non-existent spare. By this time, I am livid and it is 12:23 in the morning. I then proceed to lay on the ground to look under the car for the spare and nothing. I called Mercedes connect back and I was informed that I would need a tow and that they would tow the vehicle to the nearest Mercedes dealership which is an hour in the opposite direction in which I was traveling. On top of that, the dealership would not open until Monday. I informed them that I would need towing to a different location because there was no way I could wait until Monday to get a tire fix and that I would pay for the overage. I was on the side on the road from 12:23 until 6:08 in the morning scared and crying with my babies in the car because ironically 24 hour road side assistance couldn't find a tow truck to come to tow the truck which is utterly bull crap. My biggest complaint is this and this is why I will never brag about Mercedes or purchase another Mercedes again in my life once I sale these two I currently own. I paid $80000 plus cash and their sales rep COULD NOT afford the time to tell me that they don't put spares in vehicles anymore. Nor did the rep inform me that I could purchase a spare tire kit. If I was able to pay cash for an xxxxxx car than surely, I am able to purchase a spare tire kit for security instead of being stuck in the middle of the nowhere on the side of the highway with my babies praying nothing happens to us while waiting for 6 hours for a tow that never showed up and I finally said forget. Security is a big thing and if Mercedes Benz did NOT give me necessary information in order to make an informed decision about the safety of my family and myself which is xxxxxx ridiculous. I had to have my car towed to an Autozone that was open on Sunday to repair a tire from the inside in order for me and my babies and myself home. I don't use the word hate but this is befitting the situation. Mercedes Benz of Memphis is busy trying to make sales that they fail in human decency. I will never purchase another car from Mercedes Benz anywhere. More

I was informed I needed two new rear tires whic I made an early appointment to have the brake fluid flushed and was told I could use my $150 coupon. I was informed I needed two new rear tires which I agreed to, but after completion was then told the coupon was not valid (no restrictions on the coupon). 4hrs later I still do not have my vehicle even though there are virtually no customers here! So the car appears out the front of the dealership but no one comes to see me. After 10 mins, I head to the service desk and they cannot find the paperwork. 15 mins later, I am summoned and I complain about the coupon. I was informed that it was only valid on a full service (not mentioned on the coupon itself). And to top it all, another service guy (mine is at lunch) tells me that I saved money by NOT using the coupon! TL/DR: Shoddy business from a respected brand!! I definitely won’t be coming back. Avoid!! More

We stopped in Memphis for the night and the next morning, ready to get on the road, we discovered we had a flat tire. We purchased the total tire/wheel warranty through Mercedes Benz so we decided to reach out to the local Memphis MB dealership to see if they could help us. Jeff, in service, said to bring the car in. They had the same tire and would be able to squeeze us in between their appointments. When we arrived, we were helped right away. The replacement of the tire took about an hour, which was great since we wanted to get on the road quickly and came in without an appointment. Jeff and the entire service team took very good care of us and we really appreciate their help! We were very lucky to find Jeff and THANK YOU Mercedes of Memphis!! More
What a wonderful opportunity to express our thanks for having an automobile dealership in Memphis, Mercedes-Benz of Memphis, that stands head and shoulders above any other automobile dealership we have ev having an automobile dealership in Memphis, Mercedes-Benz of Memphis, that stands head and shoulders above any other automobile dealership we have ever experienced anywhere in the U.S.A. We have resided in 4 states, visited most of the others in the continental U.S.A, and have family that live in 6 other. As visits and conversations usually result in travels, autos, auto service, and experiences with auto dealers as a subject matter typically become a conversation "piece" we have always recommended Mercedes-Benz of Memphis as THE PLACE To GO for an automobile, wherever they live. The sales staff and in particular the follow up service is impeccable. The entire staff of employees are the most outstanding, courteous, well trained and knowledgeable in each of their fields as one could ever experience. In particular, Wes Burrow, Service Director and Shawn Crum, Service Adviser have exemplified total professionalism in their positions and are to be commended. Again we cannot speak highly enough of the entire Mercedes-Benz of Memphis organization! They are truly second to none! Tom Via More
I have been a Mercedes Benz of Memphis customer for several years now. After purchasing and loving my 1st Mercedes I decided to buy my 2nd one from them. Ellen Tutor and the entire service department s several years now. After purchasing and loving my 1st Mercedes I decided to buy my 2nd one from them. Ellen Tutor and the entire service department staff do an amazig job. Their prices are cheaper than local shops and the service their is amazing. I will say the entire service staff at Mercedes Benz of Memphis has turned me into a repeat buyer. I am now driving my 3rd MB and would never consider purchasing anything else. I love being greeted with smile everytime I take my car in to the dealership. More
Tom, the Internet Sales Manager, and I had communicated by e-mail and phone over a two+ week period and I knew more about this auto and dealer than ANY other in the past. He knew this particular Mercedes v by e-mail and phone over a two+ week period and I knew more about this auto and dealer than ANY other in the past. He knew this particular Mercedes very well and quickly understood what I was looking for as well as my expectations and shopping style. I have since returned for a warranty repair of an item that Tom & I discovered upon delivery. The service department and personnel mirrored the exceptionality noted in the original sales process. Mercedes-Benz of Memphis is truly a CLASS operation. Every employee there with whom I've dealt or just casually passed on the premises or spoken with has been friendly, outgoing, and courteous. They ALL seem to be enthusiastic about their employer and Mercedes. They know how to make the customer feel appreciated and special - somewhat rare in today's business environment. Thanks for a great experience and the anticipation of a continuing relationship. More
Bought a new car from him, but he did not do the new car walk-through, explain the warranty, explain car controls or anything he was supposed to do. MB sent me a survey about my experience and when I filled it out truthfully, he called me on the phone confronted me about the survey (which I thought should have been confidential) and accused me of being racist. Amazingly he still works there. This dealership has a monopoly and does whatever they want to, especially if you have a new car that is still in warranty. My next MB I bought from a dealership out of town, and it was a much better experience. As soon as I can get these cars out of warranty, I will be through with these jerks. They've sold me the last car I will ever buy from them. More
Bought our first ever Mercedes-Benz from them, a ML320 when they first come out. Car had numerous problems as everyone now knows, but the dealership was less than helpful and sometime straight out rude. when they first come out. They moved to a new property a couple of years ago and they became bigger snobs! several trips to the service department couldn't fix things, and not having loaners was a real pain!! They were happy to sell us the ML at MSRP but didn't want to service the car! More
