Service advisor Rachel was professional and efficient and kept me informed as to the progress on their analysis of the apparent problem with the “driver assist” electronics on my Airstream 19 RV. Having experienced similar issues with my 2021 Subaru, I was more understanding of MB Medford’s keeping my RV for four workdays in their extensive efforts to duplicate the conditions that caused the messages that had appeared on my driver display. Same thing happened with my Subaru dealer. One could think that car manufacturers are rolling out systems that are not yet perfected! More

The service that we received was very out standing, no pressure to buy, we started the deal over the phone and when we got to the dealership the next morning, we were greeted with open arms as if we were pressure to buy, we started the deal over the phone and when we got to the dealership the next morning, we were greeted with open arms as if we were a long lost family member. We have never been treated so great at any other dealership. Other dealerships, no matter what make or model, should take all their training in customer service from this dealership.
