When I was registering my vehicle in California, he assisted me with opening the hood, something I had no idea about. One call, Jeff answered, and the DMV operator could poke her head under it. Came in for a 4000 dollar break job. Rotors and pads on rear brakes. They did the front on accident. Then dropped off the car so I would pay for the job and not notice. Hugo the service manager drove the car to me himself. Said it was great. Yet you can hear and feel the same issue. The entire car shakes. Don’t trust this dealership.
