Since inheriting my late father's 2008 R350 4 Matic in 2020, I continued its scheduled maintenances with the team at MERCEDES McKinney and received the same exemplary white glove treatment they extended t 2020, I continued its scheduled maintenances with the team at MERCEDES McKinney and received the same exemplary white glove treatment they extended to him and quite frankly what has exemplifies MERCEDES. It's this level of expectation over the past five years coupled with the OUTSTANDING straight-shooting-advice from my service advisor, GABE HARRISON, that let me know the primary issue with my R350's engine not smoothly running was professionally & thoroughly addressed, diagnosed, and fixed. I completed an annual service B for my vehicle and Jesus provided clear instructions, options, and listened carefully to my concerns. I was provided with a decent complementary loaner vehicle and clear comm provided clear instructions, options, and listened carefully to my concerns. Most importantly, after the servicing, my vehicle is spotless and the drive quality is significantly improved with more predictable response and improved performance. Since my vehicle is older (100,000+ miles) I have additional service needs and the rates for replacements and labor is comparable to independent or non-mercedes repair shops, but the quality and customer service is noticeably better with this dealership. As such, I will continue using this dealership and Jesus due to the quality of experience and overall value. More
