July 27th I took my car to Mercedes Benz Mckinney for a routine B service (oil change, etc..). After waiting 4 hours, I had to leave my car with them and they brought my car to my place of residence the fo routine B service (oil change, etc..). After waiting 4 hours, I had to leave my car with them and they brought my car to my place of residence the following day. When I got into the car, I noticed the alert stating my headlight was inoperable. I called them immediately and they told me to bring it back the next day (they were closing soon). On July 29th, I took it to the dealership service center. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me "the sensor needs to be replaced, will take about 45 mins." Over an hour had passed and he tells me there's a crack in the light. This crack was not there when I brought my car in nor was it mentioned when I originally brought my car in. This was no small hairline crack. THIS WAS A GIANT HOLE AND SEVERAL CRACKS EXTENDED FROM IT. Someone in the shop did this. Then, the service advisor had the audacity to tell me to call my insurance and LIE and tell them a rock hit it while driving so that all I have to pay is my deductible. If this isn't suspicious I don't know what is. Not only did they crack my headlight, but you WASHED IT AND WATER GOT INSIDE AND FRIED THE SENSORS!!! $4800+ dollars worth of damage (was without my car for 3 1/2 weeks)! I know that whenever a car is brought in for a service, an initial inspection of the outside of the vehicle is done, and you have to mark anything you see. I KNOW the damage was done while under the care of Mercedes Benz of McKinney. I feel taken advantage of by the dealership and will NEVER TRUST MY CAR WITH YOU AGAIN. Speaking with the manager was no help and didn't do jack squat! I'm sure if I was a MALE, none of this would have happened. I will posting this on every review platform because people need to know how dishonest this service center is. You should really be ashamed. More

We took our moms CLK 320 converti symbol) also known as (Sonic Auto) also known as Mercedes Benz Mckinney. This dealer took the wind out of our sail. We took our moms CLK 320 convertible to get the tails lights looked at? WOW! To start we paid 173.88 for the diagnosis. They found nothing but requested to look further for 500.00. No thanks! We go to get moms car, a employee walks out clicks the alarm gets in moms car vaping, blows a smoke cloud out, yes in moms CLK 320 Convertible. Mom get her car drives out the service bay stops to drop the top to get rid of the smoke smell. Top is not working, mom pulls back into service, christian a worker open the trunk its in shambles a mess he push something up and said the guy must have been testing wires and pulled that down, then christian tries to operate the top, its not working, he then revs up the engine while pushing the top button, nothing the top is not working. The other worker and christian pulls on the top to try and open it manually nothing. We leave moms car Friday night. Sat 10 hours Monday 11 hours and on Tuesday 4 hour yes 25 hours later, they tell our dad Your wife's top never worked! (WOW) called our dad a liar to his face (well) on the phone anyway, by the General Manager Kevin. My dad replied the top was working just fine. Christian then asked for video of how the top works he said they needed clues? Look at the text the dealer sent my dad? WOW! The General Manager told my dad his best guy was working on our moms car the second best guy in the country, he said the guy has been working on cars since he was (two). Really! then, Why does he need a clue? The (GM) then calls around to all the dealers where the car has been serviced even (Oklahoma) asking if the top really worked(LOL) Really? He got all yeses! So now the (GM) tells our dad for $2,000.00 we can fix your wife top. (Really). If anyone knows our dad, you have heard this a thousand times. (There is never a reason to Lie.) Thanks to Wallstreetbets that is how we bought our moms car for her 50th Birthday. Shame on you, (SAH)-aka sonic automotive-aka mercedes benz of mckinney. You took from our family! The GM even said to our dad well if you told us you had a 35,000 watch in the car we would have asked you for a receipt? Girl I mean (LOL) look at my dads retirement box? Did he just say my dad don't have a receipt for his retirement gift watch he was wearing? A woman from NC from SAH corporate was on the line, the men would not let her talk much, our dad records everything. (Girl). They do not know our dad! I was lied to and cheated by the Mercedes Benz of McKinney dealership. I bought a car 4 days ago today that sits in my garage because it doesn't work. I paid cash for it 12-31-2020. I specifically asked if anything at all was wrong with the vehicle and I was told NO. I took it back to the dealership yesterday(day 3 of having it) and they tell me it needs motor mounts, transmission mounts because all are severley depleted and the rear transfer case is also broken. I asked for a manager, I spoke with George, he would not return my money at all. Buyers remorse apparently is not a thing with this dealership. Absolutely refused to give my money back. This place is nothing short of unethical and dishonest. Sonic's number one goal according to their corporate website is honesty. It is not at this place. Day 4 I have a vehicle sitting in my garage. They did not disclose any issues to me. This vehicle was sold in bad faith and dishonesty. it is unethical they have basically stolen money from me by lying. I did my due diligence and specifically asked and I was told it has NO Issues or problems. What are you going to do to fix this situation? They even wanted me to pay thousands to fix it. I would like my money back , if Sonic truly cares about honesty and ethics they will make Mercedes Benz of McKinney do the right thing and refund me in full please. More

DO NOT buy a Used Mercedes here. I bought a 2017 CERTIFED PRE-OWNED C300 in April and it was delivered without the GPS SD Card. We were told it was missing or stolen for another car but we were promised by o PRE-OWNED C300 in April and it was delivered without the GPS SD Card. We were told it was missing or stolen for another car but we were promised by our sales person “Moises” that he would have one for us in 2 weeks. We have emailed several times with no response. I finally took my car in for service and inquired about it and the service provider told me it would cost me $800 to replace. I then had him page Moises. Moises told me he would “swipe” one on a trade in that week. I have yet to hear from him. He asked that I not tell anyone because that is the only way I could get one and he could lose his job. My car was advertised with GPS and 7 months later I am without. I have called the GM several times and have yet to get a response. I expected so much more from a Mercedes Benz dealership. More

Ermin made the deal as seemless as possible. Having a very bad experience with another MB dealer , these guys raised the bar and exhibited the Mercedes Quality and customer experience. The team at this dealership exhibited extraordinary customer service and treated me as a person and not a number to hit their targets. Will Reccomend and only go back to this dealership. More

In July, we got an Acura TL for our child who is going to college out of state. It took Mercedes Benz of McKinney more than a month and multiple phone calls before they finally mailed the license plates. We college out of state. We had already received the car title from the Texas DMV before the plates was finally mailed to us. We later received a bill from NTTA because apparently the car was driven through the tollway on the day it was delivered to our house. Mind you this whole time the car was in our garage, not being driven. We wanted to make sure that the car was completely set before delivering it to our child in college. About two weeks after we purchased this car, my husband tried to drive the car around the neighborhood, it would not start. He ended up jumping it, and immediately replaced the battery with a brand new battery, thinking that was the problem. Then two weeks later , he tried to start the car again, and it would not start. My husband called the salesman to inform him about what was going on, he promised that he would get back to us and never did. We ended up taking it to a repair shop where we had to spend almost $1000 to get it fixed. I truly believe that this dealership knew that the car needed those repairs but didn't care. They just wanted to get it sold, so that it becomes the buyer's problem. I am just grateful, that we discovered the car trouble before taking it to our child in college. It would have been very upsetting, if the car had broken down and left our child stranded in college. No, we do not recommend this dealership and we would not be doing business with them in the future. There are very few reputable and honest car dealerships in the DFW area, this isn't one of them. If you notice, I'm not mentioning specific names of employees who my husband dealt with. I am reviewing the company and its business practices and not the individuals. I believe that employees usually carry out, or promote a company's established culture and practices. More
