I would give zero stars if I could. This is the absolute worst service and treatment I've ever experienced at any place I've done business. I bought a 2021 used Volkswagen Atlas. I drove off of the lot and as soon as I got on the interstate, I noticed that the car was pulling to the right. I contacted the salesperson Amir and he told me that the dealership had fully inspected the car and that he would send me their report that they had checked the alignment and take care of any issues I was having. I told him I would take it to an alignment shop and again, he said they would take care of it (all of this in text messages). I took the car to a local alignment shop and the mechanic said that he couldn't perform the alignment because there were several issues with the arm and ball joint on the front right tire. He said all of it would need to be replaced and that it was what was causing the car to pull right. I have called the dealership, emailed the GM and the used car manager. I have spoken with associates who told me they would get back to me. The dealership has not called me back once and all emails have been ignored. This service is unacceptable. More
