Size has no bearing on service I just retired from the army and moved from the mainland Maui. Maui Mercedes ironically is the exact opposite but with a 2 man service department. Maui has exemplified themselves as a outstanding Mercedes service department. A drop in staffing but clearly no drop in professionalism or experience! Maui Mercedes definitely show cases itself as another reason Mercedes continues to be a leader in the automotive industry. Kudos to Doug Fugiwara the manager!! More
Horrible experice with service department Mercedes Bendz of Maui is a joke. Particularly the service department led by the unprofessional Doug. It’s all Teflon smiles from Doug as he tries to Mercedes Bendz of Maui is a joke. Particularly the service department led by the unprofessional Doug. It’s all Teflon smiles from Doug as he tries to charge $1,000.00 to change a headlight. It took them a whole afternoon (3 hours) to try and figure out how to install a headlight with negative results. Then I was kicked to the curb. Doug is condescending and uncooperative. The place is a complete shame. I tried to voice my frustration to Dennis Rademacher who is the general manager on Oahu with no response. BEWARE, they don’t know what the xxxx they are doing beyond an oil change. You would be better served to find a mechanic on Maui who is competent. Plus you can avoid all the nonsense Mercedes Bendz of Maui has to offer More

Star Experience We walked into the dealership to just get a quick over view of options for us given our car lease would be up in a couple months. We were so impressed by Hank and how instinctive, personable, down to earth, and excellent he was at with the human emotion and connections. We were prepared to let go of this brand if the rep we got was less than. It turned out Hank was the GM. With him as a leader, I can only guess how great of an inspiration he will be with his team. I do sales for a living - and it’s al about the emotion, connection, and experience...... we had a great time! So much so we moved forward again with another Benz. More
