I moved to Maui three years ago from Florida where I had originally purchased my vehicle. I am delighted to say that I have been treated with more respect and quality of service here at Mercedes-Benz of Ma originally purchased my vehicle. I hate going to car dealers but my friend told me to go see Hank at MB Maui. I'll just say it was the best experience I've ever had. He was professional, polite, answered all our questions and he wasn't pu see Hank at MB Maui. I'll just say it was the best experience I've ever had. He was professional, polite, answered all our questions and he wasn't pushy at all. Gave me the information I wanted and I left. He called a day later to touch base, very non threatening. I went back with my girlfriend and we test drove a pre-owned Mercedes. She mentioned the ride was better than she expected and she really liked the car. When we got back to the dealership we asked Hank what the best price was. He didn't go away to the 'back room' and played that game of going back and forth. He gave us their best price and even though it was more than what we had budgeted, it was very fair. The whole transaction was done in less than an hour from the time we got there to when we drove away. Hank made sure the car was clean and had a full tank of gas. He showed us how everything worked and was very patient with my girlfriend who kept asking him questions. He followed up a few days later to see how we were enjoying the car. The story doesn't end here. We had to go to the mainland and we had issues about where to keep our car and how to get to the airport and all that stuff. I called Hank and asked him if we could keep the car there until we got back. Not only was that ok, but he took us to the airport and picked us up a week later. We got in after they were closed but Hank said just to call him and he would get us. When he came and got us not only was our car washed but it was gased too!! That is customer service way beyond expectations. When I told me friend what Hank had done, he wasn't surprised at all. He said that's why he referred Hank and the guys at MB of Maui. I told Hank he should give classes on customer service in the car business. More
