Called for info re: nav system. Was given misinfo by service desk. 33 minutes on hold for Vincent-the manager. Was given misinformation by him. Have been taking my MB to Massapequa since I purchased it. Recently, I went any they couldn't give me a loaner car because I was under 25. Instead they rented me a car and that was "defective", had to ret it. Recently, I went any they couldn't give me a loaner car because I was under 25. Instead they rented me a car and that was "defective", had to return the car for another rental on a sat. They shouldn't want my money or sell me a MB if they can give me an MB Loaner car. Wrote the manager, but instead I got a call from MB corporate apologizing for the trouble. They referred me to a new dealership, so all is well. More
This was my first time at this particular Mercedes dealership for service. I usually go to the one at Rallye, but when I had a problem with my car, they didn't help me the way Massapequa did. I had dealership for service. I usually go to the one at Rallye, but when I had a problem with my car, they didn't help me the way Massapequa did. I had a huge job which required a rental for over 2 weeks which they didn't really need to take care of because the insurance could have covered it. They accommodated me with all my needs dealing with my insurance company and adjuster. They are courteous, professional and I would highly recommend anyone trying to bring their car into service there. More
Tod called because my lease was almost up and he wanted to get me a good deal on a new lease. He did just that. I turned in my E320 and got new a new R350.
