Never did the job right I have own a 2011 C300 last DEC find out there was flooding in the driver side floor, I have bring the car to this dealer to fix it, first they call I have own a 2011 C300 last DEC find out there was flooding in the driver side floor, I have bring the car to this dealer to fix it, first they call me say the repair is gonna be $935.00 for this repair and next day they call me again say there is other problem and try to ripped me off $1700 I deny to fix it and few minute later they call me again say $935 will do the job and other $700 they can claim from the mercedes warranty I don't know how they do it because my warranty expire year ago, three month later few day ago just find out there is flooding on the same spot again, I make a appointment and when i get there they told me I need to reschedule and get a loaner car, so i reschedule on another day, and I was on my way to the 2nd time appointment and they call me say need to reschedule again, i was so xxxx off because I was on half way there, the reason I go there because of the rating on the dealer rater, it will took me half hour drive, and the lady on the phone is very rude, service manager never answer a phone, stay away from this dealer, why? 1. the mechanic can't do the job right, no ideal what the problem is. 2. they will try to ripped you off each penny. 3. can not keep up the schedule and notify you last minute. 4. is not friendly dealer attitude is very bad. will never visit again. I am going to trade in for Lexus, or Audi, never purchase Mercedes again. More
