Friendly, efficient service experience. We were visiting our daughter & 3 grand kids to help regarding medical issues. We drove up from Atlanta, GA and the "brake pad" icon came on in DC. W We were visiting our daughter & 3 grand kids to help regarding medical issues. We drove up from Atlanta, GA and the "brake pad" icon came on in DC. We arrived at Forest Hills , Queens and immediately checked web sites to find a dealership to fix the issue. We were not satisfied with the reviews of the nearer dealerships to Forest Hills as this 2007 Mercedes is my "baby" and found great reviews for your dealership. My husband was pleasantly approached by the service dept. "greater" who brought him in to see Kristina DiSpigna. She was extremely sympathetic AND efficient and settled him in the waiting area with coffee & a bagel. The review came in that new pads were needed on only the front, but we decided to replace all 4 as the car was in the "shop". An hour later , the bad news came that the front pads were not available. I told Kristina that I didn't need a loaner but would wait for the part to arrive. She agreed and went to work finding the parts from somewhere! She found the part and had the rear pads replaced before lunch and the front pads done after lunch. She had the car beautifully cleaned and replaced 2 bulbs ( yellow maker reflectors? ) complementary. While in the waiting area, a Mr. Oliver B ( Bareno? ) spoke with me to determine my issue and offered me additional refreshments & food. I informed him of how we found out about the dealership and told him the importance of internet POSITIVE reviews and why we drive many miles "out of the way" to take advantage of their services. Bottom line - great experience all around. Thank you very much - it was truly appreciated. More

Smooth going Everything from dropping the car off, to getting the loaner, to picking it up went so smooth. Great experience!! Was going to wait for car rather than go through the loaner wait, but the transition from checking in to getting into the loaner was so quick and easy. Car waiting, a quick signature on the iPad and I was off to get my errands done. Great improvement on that Massapequa mercedes!!! More
