As a first time customer, I had a problem with severe water Vivian Keshtgar went out of her way to help me with a problem with my 2018 Mercedes GLA. As a first time customer, I had a problem with severe water spotting of the beautiful Jupiter red paint on my gorgeous Mercedes. I was able to get an appointment within just one day, and Vivian and her manager, Frank Mazziotti, did what they could to rectify the problem. It was lots of work to make my vehicle nice again, and although I was without my car for over one week, Vivian provided me with a loaner which was a step up from what I had purchased and was used to driving. It was a very nice perk. Let me say that Vivian is one of the nicest people I have met at Mercedes of Massapequa and I would highly recommend Vivian and her dealership because they stand behind what they sell. Mercedes is a luxury vehicle and the dealership will treat you very special. Even my salesperson, Oliver, stopped by to greet me and my wife to say hello. Thanks Vivian for all your help. More

The dealership wae correct but would have liked to have known that prior to me picking up the car. Also I had asked them to vacuum out the trunk of the car as part of the car wash policy after leaving service but that was not taken care of for me even though the service rep wrote it down on my documents.
