Vivian was very pleasant, helpful and attentive to getting me in and out when I dropped off my car. The tail light issue was going to take longer than a day to repair so she got me into a loaner and getting me in and out when I dropped off my car. Also, That the brake lines are rusted and need to be replaced ($4K)!!! Not what I expected from MB!! More
