I have been dealing with Bill in sales and John in service for the last 5 years and both are great. I am a little disappointed in Mercedes themselves that an engine shield came off in the heavy rain W service for the last 5 years and both are great. I am a little disappointed in Mercedes themselves that an engine shield came off in the heavy rain Wednesday night and they charged to repair it on a 5 month old $70,000 car. Seems very petty on their part. More

Michael Lehbar my salesperson was awesome! I told him what I wanted and what my budget was he had patience with me and met all of my expectations.
