I thought the service was great. From the time you walk through the front door and when you leave. The staff would always greet you and make you feel welcome. My salesman Jose did a great job explaining the vehicle I was interested in. He was a wealth of knowledge. He took me throughout the dealership numerous times to look at other vehicles that were going to be available. He went out of his way to contact me on my cell phone to keep me advised of how my vehicle was coming along. He always gave you a call back if you had missed him at his desk. Aja was very helpful in explaining the business part of the sale. She took her time and went over everything so you would understand the finances. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The staff is very professional and go out of there way for you. More

He had a great sense of humor and was able to answer all my questions when I called him from home. I believe having patience is very important and although you've done your homework and still needed help in understanding things; to them there was no such thing as a dumb question; especially if it was your first time leasing. After doing a little research online, I decided to go to MB of Massapequa to check out some 2009 c300's. This is my first mercedes, and for some reason I expected the staff to be a little pretentious. To MB of Massapequa to check out some 2009 c300's. This is my first mercedes, and for some reason I expected the staff to be a little pretentious. To my surprise everybody at the dealership was super friendly, even other sales people who weren't assisting me would greet me as they passed by. I have purchased a few cars from many different manufacturers new and used and have had some bad experiences with pushy, shady salesmen, so I was a little nervous. As the sales process went along I was waiting for the moment when that "hustler" steps in and tries to pressure you into buying a bunch of extra stuff that isn't necessary but that never happened. My salesman Dennis was polite, friendly, and very helpful during the entire process, and went through the entire car and explained how everything worked. I came all the way from Brooklyn to pick up the car and he even picked me up at the LIRR train station which I really appreciated since I have never gone to L.I. by train. I was then introduced to Henry who takes care of the financing and contract finalization. I wondered if this was when they would try to push extra expensive "protection" contracts on you, but no. I was shown optional extra coverage and went with rim & tire protection as well as dent & ding protection from a pretty long list of packages, but NEVER felt pressured. Henry even got me a better rate on my financing than I had originally been approved for (my APR went from 7.80% to 7.19!) this is why I decided to add the rim and dent packages which brought my monthly payment back up to the price I originally agreed to, except now I also have extra coverage. I am DEFINITELY happy I went with the rim & tire protection because the very next day after picking up the car, I scraped my front passenger rim on a sidewalk. I will absolutely go back to MB of massapequa for my next purchase guaranteed. More
Acting on a referral from a good friend, we stopped at MB Massapequa and spoke with Tod Foster. This was the first time we considered a MB and Tod showed us a GLK we were interested in buying. Tod took the time to explain all the equipment and his knowledge and friendly professionalism was unusual to find at any Dealership. We decided on the larger ML 350 and the purchase was completed with ease. I've bought many cars and trucks in my business and this purchase experience rates at the top! I must let you know that I am not in the habit of writing letters about dealer ships but I feel as though I have to because of the outstanding way my wife and I were treated. I went to Mercedes of Smithtown and I went to Mercedes of Huntington and of course it would have been convenient since they were both a short drive from my home in Smithtown The way I was treated at these two Dealers was like I needed them they didn't need me. Thinking all Mercedes Dealers were the same I was a little discouraged but I took a chance and called Mercedes of Massapequa, Well From the first phone call to setting up an appointment with Joe Barreno (a real Gentleman) I said to myself this dealership is complete different from the rest. They made me feel comfortable, Everybody was so nice and friendly, I don't no how many times my wife and I was offered coffee, tea, or something cold to drink. I purchased the C300 for my wife it took 2 months to have it built reason being, to make my wife happy we added a few more bells and whistles. Even when we picked up my wife C300 Joe Barreno went over the whole vehicle with my wife and I He took his time every question was answered. What really impressed me was when I told Joe" listen I could figure out the rest I don't not want to hold you up I know you want to go home" I knew his day was over and he told me "I don't go home until I know you and your wife are comfortable with your new car I don't care what time it is". Sure Mercedes Benz is about 20 miles out of my way but you know what I know that if I have a problem or a question I can call Joe or any body else at this dealer ship and I wont get the run around. It is worth peace of mind dealing with a dealership that cares more about you after the purchase has been made.
