I live out of state and was looking for a good used Mercedes-Benz SUV. I viewed this dealers website of used cars and found a car that I wanted to buy. Because I was from out of state I requested add Mercedes-Benz SUV. I viewed this dealers website of used cars and found a car that I wanted to buy. Because I was from out of state I requested additional photos of the car from the sales consultant. Come to find out, the car that I wanted to buy wasn't the car in the pictures. (Big Issue) This dealer misrepresented what they were selling with the photo of a different car. Because of their error, I asked them to install running boards that was shown on the website car (not the car I was going to buy). They GM would not do it because of cost. My point was this was an error on there part and they now weren't willing to correct it. In the end, we didn't trust this dealership enough to buy the car. I would suggest when dealing with this dealership I would make sure the car you are looking at online is the car you are buying. Not a good experience at all. More

I purchased my 2005 mercedes benz from the above massapequa dealer back in 2006 and the salesman phill along with other staff members were very friendly. A couple weeks ago i went back to the above location in hopes of purchasing a 2011 e350 and a sales manager name kevin yelled at me saying "get behind the computer and find a deal, i price these cars" all because i asked for a lower price. Kevin was acting rude, thugish,cocky and very getto.kevin then went on to say the whole massapequa staff changed this is not 2006 anymore. I left and went to mecerdes benz Rockville centre where i was treated like a human being so i spent $50000 on a 2011 e350. My name is clarence shury i stand by what i said.people go to Rockville centre don't put up with #%#@ at Mercedes massapequa. Months ago I complained to a manager named lance at Mercedes massapequa about a problem i had with an employee name willie in the parts department. Lance told me to take my business else where and really didnt take time to listen. Willie (married)in parts department was harassing me and my wife.This location does not respond to complaints at all. More

We bought this car from out of state via an internet ad. Hank and Aja were very friendly and accommodating; Hank picked us up at the airport. Only two small issues with the experience: 1, All the paperwork Hank and Aja were very friendly and accommodating; Hank picked us up at the airport. Only two small issues with the experience: 1, All the paperwork was apparently not ready for us. I paid the bulk via wire transfer for the car 1 week+ prior so this could be improved. 2, The initial deposit had not been charged, so time was spent confirming with AMEX whether or not that charge existed. We are very pleased with the car and the experience was pleasant, but the comments here are offered to help improve the customer experience. More
We were looking to replace our 1999 Ford Taurus with a more up-dated pre-owned vehicle. We had located two vehicles of interest at this dealership. We arrived late on a rainy Tuesday night, but were gre more up-dated pre-owned vehicle. We had located two vehicles of interest at this dealership. We arrived late on a rainy Tuesday night, but were greeted and treated as if the morning had just begun. We were introduced to Chris who was most gracious from the get-go. He showed us our "target" car and readily afforded us a test drive. Even though it was nearing 8:00 p.m., we did not feel at all rushed. Upon return, he recommended another car to us which had just been "traded up". Although the car was older than we had originally been considering, the mileage was 50K (quite reasonable to us) and the car was in "cream-puff" condition. It was also a Mercedes Benz, which we had never owned before. We took one look at the car and were hooked! We went for a short test drive and the rest, as they say, is history. Upon bringing the car to our own mechanic (after we made our purchase), after his inspection, he told us that if we hadn't already bought it, that he would have told us to "grab it". We were appreciative to Chris for bringing us to this car and for his encouragement and helpful attitude. There was no pressure whatsoever as we made our decision. He was friendly, down to earth and accommodating from the moment we met him. We were very comfortable working with him, and we are so thrilled to be the new owners of a Mercedes Benz...all of this made possible by Chris Loba. I had previously leased 2 other Mercedes from another dealership on Long Island that is very close to my house. I was looking to return my leased 2009 GL450 early and replace it with another GL450. My local dealer who I leased an ML350 from in January treated me like a stranger and sent me a "nice to meet you" card in the mail. I went to Massapequa Mercedes (even though it is 40 min from my house) on an excellent recommendation from a friend who recently leased a car there. From the start Hank treated me like an old friend. He offered me a very fair deal that was much better than what I was offered by my local dealer who I've previously done business with. I got everything settled in 1 hour on Saturday, turned in my old GL450 and picked up my new GL450 on Tuesday. It was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hank and Massapequa Mercedes to anyone in the future. More
