ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A LUXURY DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. We stopped in last night around 8:35 to see what they had in the way of left-over 2013 S550s. After doing a quick walk around I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. We stopped in last night around 8:35 to see what they had in the way of left-over 2013 S550s. After doing a quick walk around of the new S outside we wandered in. The goal was just get a quick look at the CLA because I hadn't seen one yet and to take a look at a 2013 S that was sitting in the showroom. We were approached by a salesman who asked if we were 'looking for the new S' to which I responded that I'd seen it outside. He then mentioned 'oh that's the new CLA' to which I told him that I hadn't yet seen one. His response was that 'they're closed and they actually close at 8:30' - this couldn't have been later than 8:38 because I was in my vehicle leaving at 8:40 when I glanced at the clock after he condescendingly told us that we 'could come back at 9am the next day and they'd be happy to service any of our needs.' This terrible salesman could have taken literally three or four minutes out of his evening to explore our needs, take some contact info, and offer his card before ushering us out the door politely, but he instead chose to be the embodiment of the snobby luxury car salesman who had no place in a 21st century luxury car dealership. The salesman handled the situation like an absolute amateur. I'm guessing that the fact that we are a younger couple who he perceived to be interested in the lower priced CLA coupled with his lack of motivation drove him to send us away from Mercedes of Massapequa forever. Past experiences at Mercedes of Massapequa with my family had always been pretty decent, though the product has never really swayed us from being a BMW/Land Rover family. Unfortunately it seems that the dealership is no longer under the steward of Stuart Hayim, a man who by all accounts truly understood treating people the right way. Mercedes has been offering some really appealing products over the past few years, but if I were you I'd steer clear of Mercedes of Massapequa. Dealerships - the good ones - often stay late for their customers. Admittedly I wasn't there to buy a vehicle then and there last night, but I will not be back. Being a car guy, my friends often ask my advice when they're looking for a new car and I'll be sure to send them away from Mercedes of Massapequa. Additionally, I tried to obtain contact info for Hank to email him privately to offer him some constructive criticism, but their 'chat' feature on their website really only connects you to a robot which can do nothing but take your contact info. I had the pleasure of speaking to CHRIS LOBA on the phone for a few days before I came down to make my purchase. I've purchased several high end luxury cars in the past from all over the country, but NEVER h for a few days before I came down to make my purchase. I've purchased several high end luxury cars in the past from all over the country, but NEVER have I worked with such an HONEST & PROFESSIONAL sales associate. He went the extra mile to explain each aspect of the pruchase to me in depth.... from the vehicle stats (which wasn't even a Mercedes, it was a Maserai) to the financing. I was so impressed that I flew down from L.A. to N.Y. to sign the apaerwork, and flew back 3 hours later completely thrilled with my purchase. A+++++++++ ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN CHRIS!!!!! More
Catherine Estrella made the sales process a very pleasant process. The car was offered at a very fair price and they presented the vehicle after a wonderful detailing. Catherine assured me that it would be taken care of and when I picked up the car the brakes on all four wheels had been done. I bought a 2008 Elantra for my son but I was treated as someone purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. I drove 80 miles for the car and it was worth every mile. More

We had a specific model and make in mind when we entered the dealership and Chris was persistent and resourceful to find exactly what we were looking for. I'm an easy person to sell because I know .what I want. Problem is sales people never seemed to get. I come in and say I'm easy to sell I know what I want just give it to me. No pressure, no B.S., just mature professionals providing great customer service. I thought we might be treated as second class customers since we were buying a used BMW at a Mercedes dealership. My girlfriend and I started searching for a certified pre-owned car for her about 2 weeks ago. We were considering the BMW x5, Acura MDX, and the Mercedes ML350. We happened to stumble upon this dealer pre-owned car for her about 2 weeks ago. We were considering the BMW x5, Acura MDX, and the Mercedes ML350. We happened to stumble upon this dealer after test driving an Acura MDX at a nearby dealer. We loved the ML350 and were lucky to have Anthony Spinelli as our sales rep. Anthony was very professional and did not pressure us. he answered all of our questions and went over many payment options. He was extremely patient and very friendly. I had informed him i was still going to test drive the x5 early on in the dialogue and he was very understanding. However, my girlfriend and I felt very good about the ML350 we test drove and Anthony took over. He won us over and we decided to purchase the ML350 on the spot. I would highly recommend friends, family and my fellow internet peers to this dealer and to REQUEST Anthony Spinelli. We love the car and feel very good about the deal. More
