I went into get a lease special. I was kept there for long time on promises. finally, agreed on a car, went for test drive, filled out paperwork and gave my credit card for down payment. sales rep return long time on promises. finally, agreed on a car, went for test drive, filled out paperwork and gave my credit card for down payment. sales rep returned and said that he is trying to get me another car. manager came over and said that price is more, miles are les per year and said "take it or leave". sales rep was very nice, however the manager was arrogant and didn't care about the first time MB buyer. very horrible experience at my very first MB dealership. I can certainly understand if the car was sold. if so, they should have given me another car and worked with me on the price. the manager was treating me like I don't deserve to use a MB. I would never go back there even if they offer me a free car..... salesman tells you one thing and the manager is on the other extreme. lot of games, not the real deal... More

I have purchased a few cars in my life, and as a woman, have always left the dealership feeling a little "dirty". We met Hank on a Saturday for a quick 15 minutes because we had somewhere else to be. Came back the next day and Hank spent over 2 hours with us and never once did I feel pressured to do anything. He actually gave us other ideas on cars to look at that would save us money!! I knew at that point, without even seeing the car he recommended, that would be the car I would be taking. He was in constant contact with me over the next couple of days making sure he held the car for me until the next time I could get in. When we came back in a few days later, he was so welcoming, I felt like I had known him forever! Somehow he knew exactly what car I was looking for and he found it!!! I agreed to take the car, but wasn't able to come back for 10 days because I was going away. He took care of everything while I was gone...from the minor cosmetic details to talking to my insurance company. When I came to pick up the car, he took an hour to sit in the car with me to explain each and every detail.
