My salesman Robert McLaren and dealer owner Ty Klipstein made the whole buying experience wonderful. With a strong interest in cars, I am not the easiest buyer to please. Robert and Ty made every effort to make my purchase as pleasant as can be. I was never rushed while ordering the car and was kept aware of the production status until the car was delivered. The sales manager Paul took care of my paperwork efficiently and with ease. The delivery person Jonathan went over the whole vehicle with me and made sure I was confident with all the car's features. He even gave me his phone number to call if any further questions arose. A decision to purchase at Mercedes of Massapequa was the right decision for me. Thank you for all your professionalism and interest in making this a great experience. More

We went to MB of Massapequa to look at two specific models. We asked Isaak. K for assistance. He was very cold, unfriendly and did not take us seriously as if we were just wasting his time. He was very hesitant to even let us test drive one of the cars and told us to come back when we were ready to buy (I communicated it to him that we were looking to buy within a month tops). While test driving it, we only were directed to go around one block. After the experience was done, he rushed away. We then left the dealership, there was no way that we were going to be treated like this especially when we were planning on spending so much money on a car (btw: at the lexus dealership further down Sunrise hwy, they treated us like gold). It was a very uncomfortable situation but hey, I like to give the benefit of the doubt- hopefully he was just having a rough day. I don't have enough experience to condemn the whole dealership but this salesperson very desperately needs to be retrained. More

Very unfriendly & cheating you with the changing lease rate Hank from the beginning was very unfriendly and treating us unpleasantly. We had the feeling that he wanted us to leave for the rest of the day. He c Hank from the beginning was very unfriendly and treating us unpleasantly. We had the feeling that he wanted us to leave for the rest of the day. He constantly confused us. In the end when it comes to pricing, shooting out large numbers and as general trick his manager comes. Finally we agree on a price but not the color or the options we cant. They promise to make the car ready by tuesday morning (we agreed on saturday) where all other dealers usually make you to get the car in the same day. We went to the dealership in tuesday morning with a surprise that car is not ready and Hank is not even there. And they don't take our existing lease ending vehicle which is another hassle to take it ourselves. Finally after everything is done, then send me the following unpleasant email which made me to write those lines (sent by Robert Fong) "As part of the negotiations with your lease, Auto Pay must be included at inception. If Auto Pay is not set up during inception as per negotiations, your payments will be increased by 15 dollars per month and the current contract will be null and void." I have never heard auto pay to be part of negotiations before. We were not told or signed anything like that. I called customer service of MBenz and complained about the dealership already. More
