Hello purchased 2023 GLE 350 in Dallas Texas brought home and star did not illuminate. Called Mercedes-Benz of Marietta schedule an appointment to have checked out. My husband Homer went to Mercedes-Benz of Marietta and was told the illuminated star was not put on at the factory when built. Mercedes-Benz Marietta (Service Advisor) Vincent Oddo went above and beyond to correct the non-illuminated star issue and put a new illuminated star on perfect. Vincent took great care in fixing the problem and we were blessed to receive other gifts for our inconvenience.
