Made my appointment over the phone which was quick and easy. I got in for the repair the next day which was amazing. All of the staff, especially Ahmad, were friendly and very helpful. My initial impression of this dealership was positive. I contacted the dealership about an issue with my vehicle that occurred a few days after a major service. The service associate, Jorge, returned my call and told me he would follow up with instructions. He called back and hung up a few times. When I called back expecting he had an update for me, he acted aloof as if he did not know with whom he was speaking although he called me. Their text-computer communication system documented my message at the incorrect time (lag time). After I showed proof of the error, his response was accusatory, unprofessional, and argumentative. Never an apology for the misunderstanding. Their response to the car situation was “they stood by their work”. The whole situation would have been better if they acted as professionals, as opposed to taking a defensive stance when I was looking for guidance because I anm out of town. Please use another Mercedes-Benz dealership that values customer service. The Marietta location does not. More

Hello purchased 2023 GLE 350 in Dallas Texas brought home and star did not illuminate. Called Mercedes-Benz of Marietta schedule an appointment to have checked out. My husband Homer went to Mercedes-Benz of and star did not illuminate. Called Mercedes-Benz of Marietta schedule an appointment to have checked out. My husband Homer went to Mercedes-Benz of Marietta and was told the illuminated star was not put on at the factory when built. Mercedes-Benz Marietta (Service Advisor) Vincent Oddo went above and beyond to correct the non-illuminated star issue and put a new illuminated star on perfect. Vincent took great care in fixing the problem and we were blessed to receive other gifts for our inconvenience.
