Worst experience ever! I have been a Mercedes customer since 2013 and previously was a customer for the Mercedes Buckhead location. I always had great service at the Buckhead location but after purchasing a vehicle in 2018 from the Marietta location, I decided to start servicing my vehicle in Marietta since it was closer to my home. That was a huge mistake! I recently had a service appointment that I scheduled a month in advance. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited for my service advisor for almost two hours, only to find out that my car service was not completed. Long story short, my service advisor was too busy and the service team failed to communicate that I was waiting for service, despite the fact that I asked to speak to him several times and was told he would see me shortly. The worst part is no one cared to call me to follow up to address the issue. I will definitely NOT continue doing business with Mercedes Marietta and will return to Mercedes Buckhead. You pay for the luxury and the service should match that. More
